IMPACT OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) ON EOUTLET STORE CUSTOMERS

eOutlet Stores values the safety and health of our customers. We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) about COVID-19 and are taking every step we can to ensure the wellness of our customers, employees and communities. Due to social distancing requirements, we are currently processing orders with less staff than our usual operations. We are striving to process orders in a timely manner; however, are experiencing slight delays.

Here are things we recommend customers can do to check the status of their orders or gift cards:

  • Access your account by visiting the store's online website and click the "Customer Service" link after logging in.
  • Check Gift Card balances by selecting the "Gift Card Status" link from each of the eOutlet Store's websites and enter your shopping card code.
  • For the fastest response, please contact Customer Service via email [email protected].

Due to higher than usual call volumes and limited staff, we recommend contacting customer service through email, Monday through Friday 9AM – 5PM EST.

We are working tirelessly with our vendors and supply chains to continue to offer a variety of merchandise. Due to major disruptions in the vendor and supply chains, we are currently experiencing product shortages. We anticipate new products to be available approximately between May 15th and May 30th as Stay-At-Home orders are lifted for our network of vendors, and encourage you to visit us again during that time to see new product availability.
